Article 5
(Changes to Services for Registered Users, etc.)

    However, this excludes cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipients of the information shall not be considered third parties.
    1. When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use
    2. When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
    3. When personal information is jointly used with specific individuals, provided that the individual is notified in advance of this arrangement, along with the items of personal information being jointly used, the scope of the parties involved in the joint use, the purposes of use by those parties, and the name or designation of the party responsible for managing that personal information, or if the individual is placed in a state where they can easily know this information

Article 6
(Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. When the Company receives a request from the individual for the disclosure of personal information, it will disclose the information to the individual without delay. However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following categories, all or part of the information may not be disclosed. In such cases, the Company will notify the individual of this decision without delay. Additionally, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request for disclosure of personal information.
    1. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
    2. When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Company's operations
    3. When it would result in a violation of other laws and regulations
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as historical information and attribute information, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7
(Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. Users may request corrections, additions, or deletions (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections, etc.") of their personal information held by the Company if they find that the information is incorrect, using the procedures specified by the Company.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to a request from a user as stated in the preceding paragraph, it will promptly make the necessary corrections, additions, or deletions to the personal information in question.
  3. When the Company makes corrections, additions, or deletions based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to make such corrections, it will promptly notify the user of this decision.

Article 8
(Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If the Company receives a request from the individual to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of its intended use or was obtained by unlawful means, it will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation mentioned in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly suspend the use of the relevant personal information or delete it.
  3. When the Company suspends the use of personal information based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to suspend the use, it will promptly notify the user of this decision.
  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous two paragraphs, if the suspension of use involves significant costs or if it is otherwise difficult to implement, the Company will take alternative measures that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user.

Article 9
(Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except for matters that are specifically provided for by laws and regulations or other provisions in this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will become effective from the time it is posted on this website.
