The problem
Managing advertising inventory at television broadcasters involves detailed availability information, complex conditions and proposal workflows. Much of this knowledge can sit with individual people.
The client wanted to turn these operations into a SaaS platform. The launch needed to fit a six-month window, while staying within a fixed budget.
What we built
taiziii covered requirements definition, screen design, software development, testing and release. The platform brought together advertising-slot availability, condition management, proposal status, data export and activity history.
The decisions that mattered
Start building where the requirements are clear.
Requirements and development progressed in parallel. The team began implementation in defined areas while continuing to clarify the remaining scope.
Make the options understandable.
We discussed concrete system options in the client’s own business language, helping the team reach shared decisions without unnecessary technical jargon.
Prioritise within the constraints.
Features were reviewed against budget and usability, with a focused team and a delivery process designed to reduce rework.
The outcome
The platform was released within six months. Two months after launch, a major television broadcaster decided to adopt it.
Based on taiziii’s published project account, 8 October 2025. The client is not named in the public case study.
